RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product is found to be defective, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.
• Only items purchased directly from Sktimber.in will be accepted. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Returns made without receipt may be refused. Sktimber.in reserves the right to deny any return.
• This product comes with zero cancellation charges, until the time of delivery.
• We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
• -Damaged Product
• -Dead on arrival
• -Manufacturing Defect
• -Incomplete Product
• -Incorrect Product
• -Expired Product
• Please note customized orders cannot be returned.
• Once your return claim accepted, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.
• Please check the product at the time of delivery. If it is not to your liking or is damaged/ defective, you can return it on the spot. Post-delivery, only After Sales services are applicable.
• Refund amount will be equal to the paid amount for an item.
• On the off-chance that a defect appears in the product after it is delivered, please reach us on support@Sktimber.in or call us 70555-87771. We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.
• Your complete satisfaction is our only goal, In order to make this absolutely hassle free, we will pick up the product free of cost from your home.

Not satisfied with your product?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

•  Order number
•  Proof of purchase
•  Photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
•  Complete delivery address
•  Contact telephone number

Refunds

Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (credit card, debit card, etc.)

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.

Cancelling Orders
